Waynesville Wellness is now an approved provider through the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork! [NCBTMB]
This approval is on top of already being approved as a provider through the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine! {NCCAOM]
This is an important step for us because the NC massage licensing board is changing there policies and will no longer be accepting NCCAOM credits after this years renewal cycle. Getting certified through the NCBTMB will allow both acupuncturists and massage therapists to continue to attend Waynesville Wellness courses for CEU credit!
It is now possible for us to offer courses in a wider range of venues as some states don’t accept NCCAOM courses for both acupuncturists and massage therapists. NCBTMB courses are generally accepted in almost all states that require CE credits for massage therapists.
